Shelley Healy - Care Coordinator

We would like to introduce you to Shelley, care coordinator for Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks. Shelley is responsible for the creation and management of the rotas for clients and carers, liaising with clients, families and professionals to manage care needs and staff deployment and supporting the registered manager with safe running of the office.

Shelley has worked in the health care sector and also sales and customer services, equipping her well for her day to day interactions with our clients and care professionals. Joining Radfield in 2019, she has quickly progressed from her role as home care professional to care coordinator and Shelley is pleased to be part of the Radfield Home Care family. Shelley explains,



“I joined Radfield Home Care Wycombe, Beaconsfield and South Bucks when it was a new, up and coming care company in the local area which already had a great reputation. It has proved to be a good move as it is a very caring and supportive company to our clients.”



The role of care coordinator is a varied one but Shelley thoroughly enjoys the challenges and highlights it brings:



“The office work can of course be busy at times but the best aspect is still being with our clients in the field and knowing I have made a difference to their day! It is a job I have always enjoyed and having the opportunity to work and provide care to the older generation is so rewarding. Knowing I make a difference when I leave for work is a great feeling.”
