We always had more than enough Personal Protective Equipment required and even provided it to clients and family members who needed it. We protected clients by assisting them with their food shopping to minimise the need for them to go out, or for family and friends to come into their homes. We also offered video calls with family members on the carers’ phones so that clients could see their loved ones and talk to them regularly. We are very proud that none of our staff nor our clients contracted the virus.“
