We would like to introduce you to Rebecca Large, registered care manager for Radfield Home Care Leicester, Groby & Oadby. Rebecca is responsible for the day to day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and also for ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive, effective and well led. Rebecca is the key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individual’s wellbeing at all times.
Rebecca has always had a passion for helping others and started her career in care as a teenager, taking her first step into the care industry aged 17.
“I started in the care industry when I was 17, I started looking after a close relative. This gave me the drive to start a career in the care sector.”
Rebecca has a varied background when it comes to care, she began her journey working with vulnerable people in home care, followed by a move to residential care where she worked her way up to the role of registered manager. Rebecca’s mix of both home care and residential care experience makes her ideal for her role with Radfield Home Care.
Rebecca loves working with older people and takes great satisfaction in caring for them. She is a people pleaser and finds making clients happy a very rewarding experience.
