Megan Ainsworth - Office Administrator

We would like to introduce you to Megan, office administrator for Radfield Home Care Wakefield and Dewsbury. Megan provides support in the office, working with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth running of the office. Megan will support with a variety of administrative tasks including HR, Recruitment, ensuring that relevant IT software systems are up to date and dealing with queries from carers and clients.

Megan joined Radfield in November 2019 as an office administrator with a strong career background in the health and care sector and also business administration - an ideal combination meaning she is best placed to support our clients and care professionals. Megan explains her career journey to Radfield:

“While completing my BTEC Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma I worked in a care home on a weekend to gain valuable experience. I was also offered the fantastic opportunity to go and work in Malta in a care home for 6 months as a partnership to the college. This was a really good insight into the care sector abroad and how they treat clients. I then had a career change and went back into Administration – working for an alarm company for 5 years and also in customer services at a bank for several years.”

Joining Radfield was the opportunity to return to care that Megan was looking for and she is passionate about providing others with support:
