At Radfield Home Care we have a variety of roles that people undertake within the business ranging from Home Carers to Area Managers. You can click on the links below to find out more about what each role involves.

Home Care Assistant Roles

Radfield  Home Care Assistants care for our elderly clients in their own homes. The role involves travelling between clients homes to deliver the care that they require at each visit. This may include personal care such as washing and dressing, medication support, companionship and taking clients out and about.


Home Care Supervisor Roles

Radfield  Home Care Supervisors work alongside the home care assistants to deliver care to clients but also have additional duties and responsibilities to identify risks, monitor clients wellbeing, undertake client reviews and assessments and carer supervisions, training and support.


Care Co-ordinator Roles

 Our Care Co-ordinator works closely with the Branch or Registered Manager to ensure that all the day to day running of the office and supporting and managing clients and carers is done to the highest standard.


Home Care Branch Manager  Roles

The Branch Manager is responsible for the operations of the branch. This includes ensuring that the Clients are well looked after and their needs are being met and making sure that our Carers are working well and thriving in their roles.


Registered Care Manager Roles

The Registered Home Care Manager is the same role as a Branch Manager but the person has been interviewed and registered by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in addition to having been appointed by Radfield Home Care in post.


Care Trainer Roles

Our Care Trainer ensures that all of our teams are well trained and supported and understand their roles and responsibilities. They run practical training sessions with all of our care and office teams to ensure that everyone is up to date with all of their training e.g. moving and handling, infection control etc.


Area Care Manager Roles

The Area Care Manager supports the Branch Managers and Office Teams to ensure that they are running the branches in line with company policies and procedures.
