Hayleigh’s transition into adult social care stems from a profound personal experience. Before entering the sector professionally, she dedicated herself to caring for her grandad full-time during his illness. This deeply impactful time taught her the vital importance of delivering dignified, high-standard care that centres entirely around an individual’s unique needs and preferences.
Fueled by this personal journey, Hayleigh is driven by a strong determination to provide the absolute best care possible on a daily basis, ensuring clients can remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Hayleigh spent a decade working within a fast-paced retail environment. This allowed her to build exceptional confidence, problem-solving skills, and a highly organised approach to coordination.
Importantly, Hayleigh proactively prepared for her career transition by earning her Level 3 Qualification in Health and Social Care. She joined the Radfield team in 2024 as a hands-on Care Professional, delivering high-quality, front-line care directly to clients in the community.
This invaluable experience on the ground, combined with her advanced training, gave her a robust foundation of industry knowledge and made her the perfect fit to progress into her role as Care Coordinator.
