Andrea Daley

We would like to introduce you to Andrea Daley, registered care manager for Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley. Andrea is responsible for the day-to-day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and ensuring that the service is safe, caring, responsive and effective. Andrea is a key point of contact for carers, clients and their families and promotes individuals’ wellbeing at all times.

Andrea joins us with a over twenty years in the care industry, having spent time in both domiciliary and complex care. Over the years she has been involved with all aspects of care as a Care Professional, field care supervisor, care coordinator deputy care manager and registered care manager. Andrea’s varied experience both in the field and office management give her a deep understanding of the challenges facing clients, Care Professionals and the office team.

Andrea tells us:

“My 360 degree wealth of experience enables me to have a practical and theoretical knowledge of care, as a family member caring for a vulnerable adult with dementia, a carer who has progressed through every role in the care sector, from domiciliary care to complex home care, day centres and mental health care homes.”
