What is your background prior to joining Radfield Home Care?

Before joining Radfield Home Care, I worked for another care company for six years. I started as a Care Professional and, after completing my NVQ Level 3, I was promoted to Senior Carer. My experience in these roles allowed me to work closely with clients and gain a strong understanding of how to provide consistent, high-quality support.

How has your background prepared you for your role at Radfield Home Care?

Starting out as a Care Professional has given me insight into the day-to-day needs of clients and inspired me to grow within the care sector. Moving into coordination has allowed me to combine my practical experience with planning and organising care, ensuring each client receives the support that suits them best.

What inspired you to work in Adult Social Care?

I’ve always wanted to make a real difference in people’s lives. Helping people maintain their independence and remain in their own homes for as long as possible is incredibly rewarding, and it motivates me to provide the best support I can every day.

How do you feel your role and experience benefit Radfield’s clients?

Having completed my Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care before joining Radfield, I’ve developed a strong understanding of clients’ individual needs and how to meet them effectively. This experience helps me ensure that every client receives personalised, compassionate care while supporting them to live well and feel valued in their own homes.
