About Tayla

Tayla’s passion for adult social care was sparked at an early age. Growing up, she watched her mother work in the care sector and admired the positive impact she had on others. Inspired to follow a similar path, Tayla pursued her Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care straight after leaving school and quickly fell in love with supporting older adults.

Having worked in elderly care since the age of 17, Tayla brings a lifelong commitment to the profession. Her approach is grounded in empathy, compassion, and a genuine drive to solve problems for clients and their families so they feel supported every step of the way.

Professional Experience

Tayla has a rich history with Radfield Home Care, having first joined the family in March 2022 as a Care Coordinator for the Fareham, Gosport & Warsash branch. Over her career, she has progressed through every level of home care, from front-line Care Professional to Care Coordinator, joint CQC Registered Manager, and now Deputy Manager.

Her impressive qualifications and leadership milestones include:

• Dual Leadership Credentials: Successfully passed her CQC Fit Person Interview in 2025 to become a Registered Manager alongside Fareham’s Registered Manager, gaining invaluable regulatory experience.
• Advanced Sector Qualifications: Holds both a Level 3 Diploma and an NVQ Level 5 in Adult Health and Social Care, demonstrating her commitment to high-level clinical governance and management.
• A Care Professional’s Perspective: Years of direct experience as a front-line Care Professional, giving her a real, practical understanding of what clients need in their homes.
• Operational & Rota Expertise: Over four years of experience as a Care Coordinator, ensuring rotas are managed fairly, efficiently, and with client continuity in mind.
