At Radfield Home Care we have developed a partnership with RJ Advocacy built on trust and a desire to help people age well in our local area. Richard at RJ Advocacy has demonstrated deep understanding and compassion for his work and older people in our local area. Richard advocates for older people who are underfunded for their later years or who are struggling with the complexities of councils, benefits, and funding processes.

Surrey Fire Service

Radfield Home Care is very happy to be working with the Surrey Fire Service and in particular their Community Resilience – Prevention team in offering fire protection and advice to all of our clients in the Surrey area. Ellie and her team are progressive, passionate and empathetic when it comes to providing advice and the most comprehensive of ‘Safe and Well’ visits.

Surrey Fire and Rescue (SFRS) is committed to making sure everyone in our community has the right protection and prevention advice to help them maintain their safety, independence and quality of life. ‘Safe and Well’ visits and fire protection advice is provided to the clients of Radfield Homecare throughout Surrey, completely free, available 24/7.

Chrystals

Radfield is happy to introduce Christine Clayton and her mobile dental hygiene business Chrystals as a community partner. Chrystals is available to do home dental hygiene visits for our clients in the Guildford & Woking area. We feel this is an invaluable service to offer to our clients. Christine has dedicated her career to dental hygiene and education, teaching primary school children about dental health, dietary advice and basic tooth anatomy. She actively participates in career conventions and promoting a career in dental hygiene to secondary school students.

In addition to her professional work, Christine volunteers annually with charities like Crisis and Dentaid, providing free dental care to the homeless. Recognizing the dental care need among the elderly, she also offers professional dental services to housebound individuals and those with mobility challenges, ensuring they receive care in the comfort of their own homes.

Wey Valley Indoor Bowling Club

Radfield Guildford and Woking are delighted to have partnered with Wey Valley Indoor Bowling Club. A beautiful, family friendly location for meetings, groups and of course bowling. The team at WVIBC and Radfield will continue to forge a special relationship as a social hub for the Guildford area.

Wey Valley Indoor Bowls Club Wey Valley IBC was established in 1972. The club has six rinks for indoor bowls, ten short mat bowling rinks, a café and bar. The café is open to the public with lots of seating and a variety of snacks, meals and coffees etc. The café and bar area can be hired for private events or groups. There is plenty of parking, which is free for four hours and after 6pm.

Through this relationship, we can connect families with trusted, regulated advisers who provide expert guidance on funding long-term care, navigating local authority assessments, care fees planning, pension considerations, equity release, estate planning, and the wider financial implications of decisions such as NHS Continuing Healthcare or Lasting Power of Attorney. This collaborative approach ensures our clients receive holistic support, combining high-quality care with specialist financial advice to help them plan confidently for the future.

We are very excited to be working with West Hall Care Home in West Byfleet, Surrey. Working with Paula Rifai (Manager) and Esther Bennett (Customer Relations Manager), we have forged a strong supportive relationship of mutual support and understanding, ensuring that the needs of our clients are met with understanding, clarity and dignity.

West Hall Care Home is located in lovely extensive grounds in West Byfleet. We provide individually tailored residential and residential dementia care for older people, for both permanent stays and shorter respite breaks. Encouraging a high quality of life is at the heart of our culture and ethos at West Hall. Our highly trained and dedicated team approaches every day with professionalism and compassion, delivering a service that’s unique to each individual’s needs.
