For Sam, making sure people can grow older with dignity and comfort is at the heart of everything he does. He spent more than 25 years in strategic communications and business leadership, helping organisations build great workplace cultures and navigate change.
Alongside his corporate career, Sam has served for several years as Chair of ADSS, a charity dedicated to supporting people living with dementia and their families since 2020.
Working closely with local healthcare partners and family carers gave Sam a deep appreciation for the challenges families face when searching for care they can trust. Today, Sam brings together his MBA-level business experience and personal passion for helping others to deliver an exceptional home care service to local families.

Culture & Communication: Expert in stakeholder engagement and workplace leadership, focused on supporting Care Professionals so they feel valued, listened to, and proud to do their best work.
