Denise Roberts

We would like to introduce you to Denise, office administrator for Radfield Home Care Havering and Romford. Denise provides support in the office, working with the registered manager to ensure the smooth running of the office. Denise will support with a variety of administrative tasks including HR, Recruitment, ensuring that relevant IT software systems are up to date and dealing with queries from carers and clients.

Denise has been an office administrator for Radfield since February 2019 supporting both our valued clients and care professionals. Joining the health care sector was an easy choice for Denise as she explains,

“Radfield Home Care Havering and Romford had just started to operate and I was so inspired by the work they were doing. I enjoy working with a range of people of all age groups – I have worked in offices for over 50 years, so you could say I have some experience!”

Denise is always ready to provide support and to answer any enquiries and says

“I have a warm and caring nature and I hope this comes across on the phone to our carers and clients.”
