We would like to introduce you to Naomi Ramsey, recruitment coordinator for Radfield Home Care Havering & Romford. Naomi is responsible for liaising with clients, families and Care Professionals and supports the registered manager with safe running of the office. She also splits her time between communicating with new employees and ensuring all of their details, documents and training are up to date.
Naomi began her journey in care with Radfield in January 2021 as an office administrator. This role gave her a deep understanding of the challenges facing Care Professionals and how important it is to build strong relationships with them.
Her time as an office administrator helped her develop key skills in recruitment which will help identify outstanding individuals to join the business. Naomi tells us:
