Praveen is co-owner of the Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood office, providing quality care services to the local area. An experienced business professional, Praveen uses his expertise in business management to lead and motivate his team to provide outstanding home care services.
Motivated by his own personal experiences with care, Praveen is committed to providing reliable care at home. He said:
“My mum spent her life living in a Care Home where she was very well looked after and the carers were amazing. However, she was never able to spend the time in her own home and this made her less happy. I want to provide a service where I can help older people remain at home where they are happiest.”
Prior to launching his Radfield Home Care office, Praveen had over a decade of experience supporting customers and running restaurants. This experience has given Praveen a unique understanding of how important great customer service is, not only for the clients but for establishing Radfield Home Care as a provider of top-quality care.
