Established in the counties for 30 years Age UK Herefordshire & Worcestershire (Age UK H&W) provide services and support for people aged 50 and over. They offer free information and advice; home support; promote health & wellbeing, and provide training solutions across the area.
Radfield Home Care has built a strong relationship with Age UK H&W, having attended several training courses. We are proud to have a close partnership with them and that we are able to augment the care and advice offered by the charity – helping our clients and those within the local community.

The Warriors Foundation supports thousands of people, the work they do is truly amazing. We are proud to be supporting a charity that directly benefits the surrounding community through practical activities.
We have clients that are rugby fans and who may wish to access any of the groups being run by The Warriors Foundation. Being community partners makes it easier for our clients to access them.
Through sponsorship and group support we are publicising our name in the community, putting us in contact with older people who may need support.
Our partnership with The Warriors Foundation benefits our clients as we may refer them to one of the many fantastic community groups run by the foundation, helping them remain connected to those around them.

As part of our partnership with Radfield Home Care Worcester, Droitwich & Malvern, we will work together to develop a programme of regular, accessible group sessions focused on common health conditions affecting older people, including dementia, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, and other age-related conditions.
By combining Radfield’s extensive knowledge of older people’s care and wellbeing with specialist physiotherapy expertise, these sessions will provide practical advice, targeted exercise, education, and peer support to help individuals better manage their health, maintain independence, and improve quality of life.
