Dementia Forward is North Yorkshire’s leading support charity for people living with and affected by dementia, providing a lifeline to over 4,000 people, through their local helpline, dementia specialist support team and community wellbeing services.
Radfield Home Care York, Thirsk & Ryedale provides funding and support for their Wellbeing Café at Clements Hall in York. A representative of Dementia Forward said: “We are extremely grateful for this support. It is brilliant to have developed this relationship with Radfield Home Care, and we look forward to working together going forward.
“Being a local charity that supports those with dementia across North Yorkshire, Dementia Forward provides a service close to our heart at Radfield. We have supported Dementia Forward with a few initiatives over the last couple of years and it is great to formalise our partnership with the sponsorship of the Friends Together
