About Josh

As someone who has lived in a small village for most of his life, Josh has always enjoyed the relaxed pace of the countryside and being able to find interesting walks through forests, fields and along the canals. At the age of 18, Josh led an online community group, helping young teens struggling with home and social life problems, anxieties, depression and insecurities. Fascinated by psychology and how we interact as human beings, Josh enjoys learning about how people interact, behavioural habits, and how we overcome obstacles as both individuals and a unit. In his spare time, Josh experiments with digital art media, plays an active part among online communities and kicks back listening to a variety of music genres. He particularly enjoys alternative rock and listening to stand-up comedy.

Josh’s career background

After completing his GCSE’s in 2016, Josh went on to study Psychology, Sociology and Business Studies for A-Level.

A year into his studies he took the difficult decision to step away from education to focus on getting a head start in his career. He joined an apprenticeship group by the name of County Training, where he was able to garner a selection of qualifications while also working at a graphic design company. His career took him through a variety of sectors, including telecoms and website development before he settled on a Digital Marketing apprenticeship at Radfield Home Care that he started in July 2019.

From there he quickly developed his knowledge and understanding of Radfield and the home care sector. By August the following year, he had completed his apprenticeship with flying colours and was offered the position of Digital Marketing Executive.

Now, Josh plays a vital role among the marketing team, handling website management and content publishing and promotion. He works closely with the Content Production Manager to produce, publish and promote high-quality content for our readers. He also builds and manages the business profiles for our Franchise Partners, and is responsible for rolling out updates to all our high-traffic platforms.
