Can I sell my franchise business?
Yes, subject to certain conditions.
We do stipulate that any purchaser must be approved by Radfield Home Care Franchising Limited.
What is the term of the Agreement?
The term is set for ten years.
You have a right to renew the Agreement without a further fee if your franchise business has been operated in a satisfactory manner, and in accordance with the other conditions as they are set out in the Franchise Legal Agreement.
How much can I earn from a Radfield Home Care Franchise Business?
While the earnings potential of the Radfield Home Care franchise business formula is considerable, your actual turnover and profits will still be largely dependent upon your effort, tenacity, and ability to follow the prescribed methodology. Projections have been provided in this document for illustration only. No guarantee is made that you will achieve these figures. You must draw up your own business plan and projections specific to your chosen territory.
Where can I trade?
We are taking applications from prospective franchise partners for territories across the UK.
However, some territories have already been allocated. Please contact the Franchisor for details, Any territory must be agreed with the Franchisor, which retains the right to allocate territories as it deems appropriate. You will be asked to carry out an evaluation of your proposed location as part of the application process.

How much does it cost to start a Radfield Home Care franchise?
Once you’ve been accepted in principle into the Radfield community as a new franchise partner, you’ll need to be in a financial position to make the right level of investment to get set up.
You can think of this in two parts.
Firstly, you’ll need your Radfield Home Care franchise fee. This is £30,000 plus VAT. Next, you’ll need working capital to get the business up and running. This is typically around £60,000. So in total something around £90,000 – £110,000.
Thanks to Radfield Home Care’s well-established and recognised business model, a number of high street banks are willing to lend up to 70% of this initial investment.
Then, on an ongoing basis, there’s a 5% + VAT management fee and a 1% + VAT national marketing contribution.
