About Lisa

Lisa is extremely passionate about all things recruitment related. She has worked within Recruitment and business development since 1998, including internal recruitment, operations, management, sales, and high volume recruitment; a role she has thoroughly enjoyed. More recently Lisa had the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience of the sector and moved into coaching and training within recruitment, sales and management. A self-motivated and confident professional who is very process-driven, Lisa has a keen eye for innovative ideas. She enjoys managing change, building professional relationships and is at her best when faced with a challenge.

Lisa’s career background

Starting as a resourcing consultant back in 1998 Lisa soon realised her passion for recruitment and very quickly went on to progress through the recruitment career ladder, taking her first Recruitment Managers post in 2001.

Since then she has managed a number of national recruitment agencies’ high street offices across a variety of sectors and was headhunted to set up and implement a start-up healthcare agency as a new venture for a training company. In 2014 Lisa stepped into Internal recruitment as Head of Recruitment for an international retail business. She was responsible for growing the recruitment department, streamlining and implementing new recruitment processes to drive efficiencies and was accountable for over 1,000 hires each year to ensure all projects were fully staffed and rolled out on time.

Prior to joining Radfield, Lisa worked as a recruitment and sales training coach, devising engaging and relevant content and delivering training and coaching sessions to enable Recruitment and sales professionals to reach their potential.
