Two team members from Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings and Battle have triumphed at the South East regional finals of the Great British Care Awards 2021.
Amy Hilton, from St Leonards, won the Home Care Registered Managers Award, and Paula Wright, from Bexhill, was Highly Commended in the Care Newcomer Award, presented at a gala ball event held at the Brighton Metropole Hotel.
The Great British Care Awards pay tribute to individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work. Judges concluded that Amy’s dedication to continued improvement really shone through and had led several excellent and creative client initiatives throughout the pandemic. They were also impressed by her efforts to focus on the team and felt her ability to empower them through the pandemic really set her apart. Judges praised Paula for being genuine and caring together with her commitment to career progression in the care industry.
