Radfield Become ‘Support with Confidence Scheme’ Accredited

Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings & Battle are delighted to share with you news that it has been accredited with the East Sussex Support with Confidence Scheme.

Support with Confidence is a joint initiative between Trading Standards and Adult Social Care at East Sussex County Council that provides people who need care and support services with information about approved service providers. It also recognises and promotes organisations committed to the highest levels of quality, safety, and training.

In order to be accepted on the scheme, Radfield Home Care was vetted by the Support with Confidence Team to ensure the service was compliant with current legislation and best practice. References were also taken from a selection of their clients which confirmed they provide a high level of care.

Lyndsey Potts, Project Coordinator, Support With Confidence Team explained,

“Support with Confidence is an East Sussex County Council accreditation scheme, providing people who need care and support services with information about approved service providers. As a scheme, we recognise and promote organisations who are committed to high levels of quality, safety, and training. We are pleased to welcome Radfield Home Care as an accredited member of the scheme.”

Councillor Carl Maynard presented the award at a ceremony held at County Hall in Lewes. Upon being accepted on to the scheme, Director Samuel Holmes explained,

“Finding a trusted source of care and support can be very daunting. The task often falls to a family member and we are therefore very supportive of the scheme as it provides people with a list of approved providers they can trust. We are delighted to be Support with Confidence accredited and demonstrate that we meet the high standards the scheme requires.”
