Katy’s path into adult social care was inspired by her family. Growing up, she watched her mother work in the care sector, experiencing first-hand the profound compassion and positive impact that dedicated support has on older adults.
Inspired by this from a young age, Katy eventually chose to leave a successful eight-year career in retail management to pursue a purpose-driven vocation where she could make a genuine, lasting difference in people’s lives.
Today, Katy is driven by a simple yet powerful motivation: helping individuals maintain their independence, improve their quality of life, and stay safe and comfortable in their own homes.
Katy brings an exceptional wealth of expertise with her, having worked in the home care sector since 2011. She has truly learned the industry from the ground up, starting her journey as a Care Assistant before climbing the ranks to Field Care Supervisor, Deputy Manager, Registered Manager, and most recently, a Registered Operations Manager leading a team of Care Managers.

Advanced Qualifications: She holds both a Level 5 and a Level 7 Diploma in Health and Social Care, demonstrating her deep commitment to leadership and clinical excellence.
Specialised Training: Katy is trained to Level 3 in Safeguarding Adults and has previously held Train the Trainer qualifications in Medication Administration, Basic Life Support, and Moving and Handling.
