With over 20 years of care experience, Katy Sansom & Natalie Heymans founded the Oxford & Abingdon service on the belief that everyone deserves to age with dignity, familiarity & comfort. Having accumulated extensive hands-on experience in adult social care, both in managing services and supporting clients directly on the frontline, they understand how much of a difference exceptional home care provides. Katy & Natalie established the business to support older people within their local community, motivated by a shared purpose to give back to the area and build a care environment centred on real human connection.
We deliver outstanding home care services in Oxford, Abingdon and the surrounding areas for people living with a wide range of needs. This includes support for those affected by conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer, and respiratory illnesses. We also provide companionship care, helping clients stay socially active and engaged with their local community.
Our services also include post-hospital discharge support, help getting to and from appointments, respite care for family carers, overnight care, and flexible live in care packages. We can provide anything from a small number of weekly visits to multiple visits throughout the day and night. For those who wish to remain at home during their final stages of life, we also offer compassionate and respectful end-of-life care.
