For over nine years, my career was rooted in the technology sector, working across network engineering, account management and building strong strategic partnerships. Something I have always enjoyed throughout my career has been helping people and making a difference. However, I always felt that I could be doing more, making an impact in a more special way. This drive and ambition led to the launch of Radfield Home Care Bexley, Dartford & Sidcup.
My mission is to make a real difference. A difference felt not only by the people we support but also by our Care Professionals and our local community. This difference is to provide the best care, employ the best staff and create the best working environment that encourages development and progression.
Raised in a Sikh household, I grew up with the principle of Seva, which is the act of selfless service to others. I was taught that we look after our elders, that home is where people feel safest, and that everyone deserves dignity regardless of their age or circumstances. For me, the idea of care has always been deeply personal. I believe that quality care should be relationship-led and never feel rushed, impersonal, or transactional.
When I decided to enter the care sector, I knew I needed a foundation built on proven quality and dedication to delivering exceptional visiting and live-in care. Radfield Home Care was founded in the UK over 40 years ago. Their wealth of knowledge and mission to help the nation age well by remaining connected to things that matter most was very inspiring to me.
From our initial conversations, it was clear that our core values aligned and the team at the national office was dedicated to helping me achieve my goals. By bringing Radfield to our local area, we can combine decades of national heritage with a deep, personal commitment to our specific community.
My goal is simple. I want every person we support to feel safe, respected, and truly cared for. At Radfield Home Care Bexley, Dartford & Sidcup, we will work closely with families to design tailored home care plans that evolve as needs change, seeing every client as an individual with their own story, routines, and wishes.
Delivering exceptional care is only possible if you have an exceptional team. My vision is to build a workplace rooted in respect, purpose, and development. We will carefully select and support our Care Professionals, invest in their training, and create a culture where people feel genuinely valued and proud of the work they do.
