Her journey began at the age of 16, inspired by the first-hand experience of supporting a family friend through a life-changing illness. This pivotal moment led her to join a local home care team, gaining direct experience in the local Ruislip community from the very start of her career.

As a highly qualified leader, she bridges the gap between clinical compliance and empathetic care. She currently holds NVQ Levels 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care and is actively completing her Level 5, ensuring that our local branch operates at the forefront of industry standards.
