What is your background prior to joining Radfield?

Starting my care career in 2020, my first role as a carer was incredibly fulfilling, and I embraced every opportunity for professional development that came my way.

As I progressed, I took on the role of Trusted Assessor, which allowed me to work in the office at our care company. In this position, I conducted assessments, risk evaluations, and client reviews, while also maintaining care visits. Additionally, I supervised care professionals to ensure that our care plans remained compliant with CQC regulations.

How has your background prepared you for your new role at RHC?

The insights I gained from this role have not only equipped me to deliver high-quality care but also enabled me to contribute more effectively to the team and foster better communication within our organization. I am eager to apply these lessons to our ongoing projects and ensure that our care services continue to meet the highest standards.

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

The ability to make a difference in someone else’s life is profoundly inspiring to me. Caring is not merely a job; it is a calling that I hold close to my heart.

Every day, I strive to bring compassion and understanding to those I serve. It is truly fulfilling to positively impact the lives of others, and I am committed to continuing this journey of care and support.

How do you feel your role, and your experience, will benefit Radfield’s clients?

Through my experiences as a trusted assessor, I have developed a deeper understanding of our clients’ needs, improved my assessment capabilities, and strengthened my ability to collaborate effectively with both staff and families.
