Adam Simons - Owner/Director
At Radfield Home Care Chingford & Loughton we are dedicated to providing the highest standards of care to you in your own home. We are committed to Be There for our clients, Care Professionals, and our community; helping our nation age well and remain connected to the things that matter most to them.
The Chingford & Loughton office was established in 2023 by Adam Simons, bringing quality home care built on a forty year legacy to the Chingford area. Adam wanted to establish a high-quality home care service to help older people age well at home and create a supportive work environment for exceptional care professionals.
Today, Radfield Home Care Chingford & Loughton, provides expert care services that can support individuals affected by medical conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, stroke, cancer, and respiratory failure. Our team can also help people get out and about with companionship care and trips into the community. We are also equipped to offer flexible post-hospital discharge care, support getting home from appointments, respite for family carers, and live in care packages. We deliver bespoke care packages – from weekly visits to extensive multiple care visits during the day and night – tailored to suit your unique needs. We also have the provision for end-of-life care for those preferring to spend their final days at home.
We invest heavily in training and supporting our Care Professionals to ensure that our clients and their relatives have peace of mind that their loved ones are receiving respectful and professional care. Our in-depth recruitment process employs only the most suitable Care Professional candidates.
We are also committed to being a Living Wage Accredited Employer paying the independently calculated Living Wage rate to all our Care Professionals. The Living Wage Foundation recognises and celebrates the leadership shown by Living Wage Employers across the UK.
CQC (Care Quality Commission) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It makes sure that health and social care services provide people with high-quality safe care.
