Natalea’s career in care began over 10 years ago, starting in the home care sector as a care assistant, progressing to a supervisor, care manager and now Operations Director for the Radfield Home Care Havering & Romford office.
Natalea is extremely dedicated to the industry and has a passion for her work. She leads the Radfield care team with the highest standards, which includes our field supervisor and care coordinator and goes above and beyond to ensure we are delivering the highest quality of care to our clients at all times.
Natalie also works closely with our clients, their families, loved ones and healthcare professionals to ensure the care service we offer is a fully joined-up approach.
