About Stefania
Stefania, co-owner and director of Radfield Home Care Stamford, Peterborough & Rutland holds a wealth of experience in running a business.
Stefania was educated in Switzerland and has a Degree in Modern Languages & Linguistics from the University of Geneva. She also spent a year at Reading University. Stefania is a linguist and speaks fluent English, Italian and French, as well as some Spanish.
Stefania has lived in the UK since 1987 and has worked as a self-employed language teacher for the past 20 years. Stefania explains,
“This has required strong planning and organisational skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with parents, pupils and host organisations. I have really loved the caring and nurturing side of teaching and believe that my core principles of kindness and respect will be equally applicable in the home care environment. As a couple, we take great pride in our reliability and strong organisational skills!”
“We are fortunate in that our youngest child is going into his final year at University, so all three children are now close to being independent. It was ‘now or never’ when it came to our final decision to launch Radfield Home Care and we have not once looked back!”
