Lucy Bridges - Office Administrator

We would like to introduce you to Lucy, office administrator for Radfield Home Care Herefordshire and South Shropshire. Lucy provides support in the office, working with the registered manager to ensure the smooth running of the office. Lucy will support with a variety of administrative tasks including HR, Recruitment, ensuring that relevant IT software systems are up to date and dealing with queries from carers and clients.

Lucy joined Radfield as a UK Government scheme apprentice, quickly demonstrating her excellent administration skills which led to her promotion to office administrator in September 2020. Her role sees her dealing with a wide range of tasks, including contact with our clients, as Lucy explains:

“On a daily basis, I deal with many things such as: timesheets, care professional files and also help with onboarding of new care professionals. Part of my role is client facing and I deal with home care enquiry calls - I really enjoy taking these calls and the clients are always extremely lovely to talk to.”

Lucy’s role not only helps to support Radfield’s own care professionals but also ensures that our clients always receive the warmest of welcomes when calling the office. This all comes across with Lucy’s ‘can do attitude’ and her professionalism:
