“I also oversaw the management of over 30 customers, making sure that the day to day care plan was reflective of their care needs and completing their reviews when needed. I took customer enquiries and completed any assessments for all areas that the business covered if needed. I was also responsible for communicating with local authorities and the NHS, supporting complex and 24 hour care packages.”
In June 2022, Victoria had the opportunity to become a training manager, where she was responsible for training all new Care Professionals and guiding them through their probation. She would ensure all Care Professionals were up to date with their mandatory training.
Victoria’s depth of experience handling both client care needs and managing Care Professionals makes her the perfect fit for deputy care manager at Radfield Home Care Leicester, Groby & Oadby.
“Prior to adult social care I worked as a Learning Support Assistant in SCE (Service Children Education) in Germany, I supported children aged 3-4 including those with special needs and dealing with parents deployments.
