Victoria is responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the office in line with CQC regulations and supporting the Care Manager to ensure that the service is safe, caring, responsive and effective.

Senior Care Professional

Having joined Radfield in March 2022 as a Care Professional, Valentina quickly demonstrated her passion and aptitude for caregiving, being promoted to Senior Care Professional in January 2023.
