Radfield Home Care engages with the community at Lady Green Garden Centre

Radfield Home Care was delighted to spend time in the community on Tuesday, 10th March at Lady Green Garden Centre in Formby, where members of the team met visitors and shared more about the organisation’s commitment to supporting people to live well and independently at home.

The event provided a valuable opportunity for Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton to connect with the local community while highlighting the important role high-quality home care plays in helping people remain active, safe and independent in their own homes.

Supporting Liverpool University Hospitals Charity

During the day, the team also showcased Radfield Home Care’s latest charity partnership with Liverpool University Hospitals Charity, reinforcing the organisation’s strong commitment to fundraising and community support.

Fundraising is a core part of the Radfield Home Care ethos, and the team were pleased to introduce their work alongside community fundraiser Debbie in support of the charity.

Liverpool University Hospitals Charity supports work that:

  • Enhances patient care across the region.
  • Improves hospital environments.
  • Funds life-changing equipment and research.

Radfield Home Care works collaboratively with a range of organisations that contribute to the wider care sector, all focused on improving wellbeing and supporting people across the nation to remain active, healthy and independent for longer.

New dementia support initiatives in Aintree

The team also shared their enthusiasm about upcoming engagement with the Francis Dementia Centre, at Aintree hospital, an innovative new facility dedicated to supporting people living with dementia.

Radfield Home Care looks forward to meeting the team at the centre and learning more about the important work being carried out to support patients and families affected by dementia.

Speaking about the day, business development & community liaison for Radfield Home Care, Lesley Malone said:

“Being part of the community is central to who we are. Events like this allow us to connect with local people, share our passion for high-quality care and raise awareness for charities that are making a real difference. We are proud to support Liverpool University Hospitals Charity and look forward to developing more community partnerships further.”
