Our new campaign aims to get people thinking differently

What do you see? The question is simple, but the answer isn’t quite so. Watch the video below and ask yourself: What do you see?

Our latest campaign aims to challenge you to see everyday people differently. When we are caught up in the hustle and bustle of life, it’s easy to pass someone in the street, on the bus, on the train and see them with a blinkered view. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a totally normal thing to do, but we want to encourage people to take a moment to see something more.

Connecting our clients to what matters most

Every client has a story to tell and one of the things we’ve noticed over the years is that as people age, they can lose their sense of self. In their younger years they may have been a gymnast, a teacher, a musician, a TV personality, but as they age this becomes less and less clear; until they’re seen to most as simply an older person.

At Radfield Home Care we never see just an older person.

We truly get to know all of our clients so we can find ways to connect them to the important things in their lives and help them retain a sense of purpose and identity. We see them for who they truly are.

Radfield Home Care is built on a very clear sense of purpose, to help the nation age well by remaining connected to the things that matter most to them.

It’s not just a phrase, it’s our purpose and it flows through our businesses, from our franchise partners to their Care Professionals and their clients.

Together we have the mission of making ageing a more rewarding experience for all involved; we do this by helping our people and clients: Be Inspired, Be Connected and Be Themselves. Collectively, we call this Be There, this is Radfield Home Care’s movement that drives how we build relationships, support our teams and deliver exceptional care.

If this resonates with you, then you could be a perfect fit for our ever growing network and we’d love to talk to you. You can click this link to take the franchise fit quiz, or if you’d like to contact us directly please click here.
