Anne joins Radfield Home Care with 35 years of dedicated experience supporting vulnerable adults, bringing a wealth of expertise, deep emotional intelligence, and unwavering compassion to her role as Care Coordinator. Anne’s career is driven by a central philosophy: enabling clients to feel empowered, dignified, and as independent as possible in their own homes.

Alongside her extensive career, Anne has cared for her own parents diagnosed with MND, Parkinson’s, and dementia. This experience gives her a unique understanding of what families go through, allowing her to approach every client and family with authentic empathy, kindness, and respect.

Professional Experience

As Care Coordinator Anne plays a pivotal role in ensuring that every care plan is tailored, safe, and truly person-centred.

Her vast background spans diverse and complex care environments including community care, long-term condition management, and specialist support settings, equipping her with versatile management skills and exceptional clinical awareness.

Her key areas of expertise and qualifications include:

• Empowerment & Person-Centred Care: Skilled in building support structures that keep clients at the heart of everything, allowing them to remain safely in their own homes while living their best, most productive lives.
• Robust Safeguarding & Risk Assessment: Experienced in conducting Risk of Serious Harm (ROSH) assessments, safeguarding at all levels, and maintaining strict documentation and GDPR compliance to ensure absolute safety for loved ones.
• Specialist Training & Support: Qualified with a Higher Education Certificate in Person-Centred Counselling, along with specialized training in Neurodiversity Awareness, Trauma-Informed Practice, and First Aid/CPR.
