Recently, our dedicated Care Professionals have been working closely with 92-year-old Mrs Shaw who lives at a Cliff Vale residential home after suffering multiple fractures due to a traffic collision in February 2022. Fondly remembering her active lifestyle and regular outings with her daughters-in-law, Mrs Shaw expressed her desire to buy a new pair of shoes.
Working diligently with Mrs Shaw, after several failed trips, Natalie Nutting and Ryan Pask of the Radfield Home Care Ilkley, Otley & Skipton office finally helped her find the perfect shoe shop. The joy on Mrs Shaw’s face when she found her perfect pair was truly gratifying. Sipping coffee at a local café afterwards, she happily expressed how contented she felt. Mrs Shaw turned to Natalie and said: “You know, I just had a right nice feeling knowing that I’ve got my new shoes.”
