Celebrating Success at the Radfield Annual Conference

Earlier this month, our team at Radfield Home Care Chester & Ellesmere Port attended the annual Radfield Conference. This special event brings together teams from across the network to celebrate excellence in care and to recognise the people who make a meaningful difference every day.

This year was particularly memorable for our team. We were honoured to receive several awards that reflect the compassion, dedication and professionalism of our Care Professionals and leadership team. Julie Scott was named National Franchise Partner of the Year, Clare Harding was awarded Manager of the Year alongside a Highly Commended recognition, and we were incredibly proud to receive the Be There Award.

Meaningful moments that define our care

What makes these achievements so meaningful is that they are rooted in real, personal moments with the people we support.

The Be There Award celebrates those moments that go beyond delivering care and truly enrich lives. Moments like supporting a client who had previously been a scout leader to reconnect with an important part of her life, attending a local scout meeting alongside one of our Care Professionals. Or arranging for a Care Professional to bring their horse to visit a client who had a lifelong passion for horses, creating a moment of genuine joy and connection.

Julie’s recognition as National Franchise Partner of the Year reflects the culture she has built within the business. Over the past four and a half years, she has led the Chester and Ellesmere Port team with a clear focus on delivering care that is personal, respectful and centred around each individual.
