About Nicola

I joined Radfield Home Care with six years of experience in the care sector. My journey began as a Care Professional, where I spent a year providing direct support to clients in their homes. This hands-on experience gave me a deep understanding of the daily needs and challenges faced by those we care for.

For the past five years, I have worked as a trainer for another care provider. In this role, I have been responsible for equipping new and existing staff with the essential skills required to deliver high-quality care. My expertise includes training in medication management, moving and handling, catheter care, and Parkinson’s awareness. I also hold advanced qualifications in dementia awareness and end of life care, alongside a Level 3 in Health and Social Care.

My motivation comes from a genuine passion for helping vulnerable people live fulfilling lives with the best possible outcomes. I believe that by passing on my knowledge and experience to our team of Care Professionals, we can ensure that every client receives the exceptional care they deserve.
