Supporting The Hospice of the Good Shepherd Chester

We were recently honoured to attend and sponsor the dance floor at the spectacular Strictly come dancing Chester charity event, held at the iconic Chester Racecourse.

It was a joyful evening bringing together dancers, judges, local supporters, and residents, all united by a shared goal: raising vital funds for The Hospice of the Good Shepherd Chester.

Nine courageous local participants, many of whom had never set foot on a ballroom dance floor before, undertook weeks of intensive training with professional dancers. Performing everything from the high-energy jive and samba to the elegant waltz and Charleston, the dancers gave it their absolute all.

As proud dance floor sponsors, the Radfield team was delighted to cheer on the contestants. Thanks to the immense generosity of everyone who attended and donated, the Hospice of the Good Shepherd Chester fundraising initiative raised an astounding £43,000.

Every pound raised directly supports the hospice in delivering compassionate, specialist end-of-life care to local individuals and their families.
