With over a decade of dedicated service in the care sector, I am honoured to serve as the Registered Care Manager for the Bexley, Dartford, and Sidcup communities. My career is built on a foundation of empathy, clinical excellence, and a deep-seated belief that every individual deserves to live with dignity and independence.
My approach to care is not just professional, it’s personal. Growing up alongside my wonderful younger sister, who was diagnosed with autism and epilepsy at a young age, profoundly shaped my worldview and instilled in me a deep sense of empathy.
Witnessing the vital role that dedicated support played in my family’s life naturally equipped me with a unique perspective and the practical skills necessary to navigate complex care needs. This lived experience fuels my commitment to ensuring our clients receive the same standard of compassionate, person-centred care that I would expect for my own family.
I began my journey as a Support Worker, driven by the joy of helping others achieve independence and engage with their local communities.
My career progressed from Senior Support Worker to Team Leader, where I oversaw three supported living services and outreach programs in Tonbridge, before spending the last four years managing residential services in Tunbridge Wells.
During this time, I developed a specialist interest in Dementia care, focusing on high standards of compliance and workforce inspiration.
I have undertaken a number of courses regarding Dementia and Dementia Care; including the Montessori Approach to Dementia Care, Meaningful Activities Support, End of Life and Palliative Care, as well as Safeguarding Lead Training, Safe Medication Management.
Another of my educational focuses have been on completing Supervision and Mentoring, Supporting with Menopause in the work place and championing Equality, Diversity and Inclusivity.
I am dedicated to translating my years of experience into reliable, high-standard community support.
My goal is to empower our clients to maintain their quality of life, making ageing a more enjoyable and rewarding experience for the whole family.
