Mugdha has spent two decades operating at senior levels within global organisations across strategy, transformation and governance. As Head of Strategic Planning within a major consumer packaged goods business, she orchestrated enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, ensuring investment decisions were aligned to clear priorities, underpinned by strong governance and translated into measurable outcomes.
She also served as Chief of Staff within a global telecommunications group, operating at the intersection of strategy, communication and execution to support disciplined delivery across multiple markets.
For Mugdha, the transition from global boardrooms to adult social care was a choice made from the heart. She believes that the most meaningful outcomes are those that directly impact people’s lives.
