Radfield Home Care announces community partnership with Worcestershire Cricket Foundation

Radfield Home Care Worcester, Droitwich & Malvern is excited to announce an official community partnership with Worcestershire Cricket Foundation, supporting their inclusive cricket and other community sports programmes with an enhanced focus on wellbeing, connection and community.

The Worcestershire Cricket Foundation uses sport to help people improve their physical health, confidence. and social inclusion across Worcestershire. Through initiatives such as Parkinson’s UK seated sports sessions and Worcester Walking Cricket, the Foundation provides welcoming, supportive environments that enable people of all ages and abilities to stay active and engaged.

Supporting local health and inclusion

As part of this partnership, Radfield Home Care will work alongside the Foundation throughout the summer months to enhance the overall session experience through free wellbeing cafés.

By offering hot drinks and a relaxed social space alongside seated and outdoor activities, the cafés help encourage attendance and ongoing participation, supporting the delivery and sustainability of the Foundation’s sessions. They also create a welcoming environment for carers, offering them time to rest, connect with others and enjoy a moment of support while their loved ones take part in activities.
