Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton Joins Marie Curie Fundraising Event in Burscough

Our Radfield Home Care Liverpool North & Sefton team recently joined Marie Curie Regional Fundraiser Rylie at Tesco in Burscough to help raise funds for Marie Curie and support its vital work with people living with a terminal illness and their families.

Taking place on Tuesday, 18th August, the fundraising morning gave our team the chance to meet local shoppers, chat about Marie Curie’s work and encourage members of the community to make a donation. We remained at Tesco until 3pm, helping to raise awareness of the charity and the important support it provides.

Making a Difference Through Community Fundraising

For us, supporting local communities is an important part of what it means to provide care. While our day-to-day work focuses on helping people live independently and comfortably in their own homes, we also believe in supporting charities and organisations that make a difference to individuals and families.

Marie Curie’s work closely reflects the values that are important to us at Radfield Home Care. The charity provides compassionate care and practical support for people living with a terminal illness, while also offering support to those close to them during an incredibly difficult time.

Our involvement in the fundraising event in Burscough allowed us to show our support for Marie Curie while spending time with people from the local community. It was a great reminder of how much can be achieved when local people and organisations come together behind a shared cause.
