Liverpool North Delighted After CQC Inspection

Radfield Home Care Liverpool North is delighted to announce the results of its latest CQC inspection, rated as ‘Good’ in all areas of its business.

Dave Bellis, owner and director of Radfield Home Care Liverpool North commented,


“I am absolutely thrilled with the results of the CQC inspection. It's a testament to the dedication and hard work of all the staff and my new care manager, Carolynne Favager. We look forward to continuing to provide an excellent service to all of our fantastic clients in 2019.”


 

CQC (Care Quality Commission) is the independent regulator of health and social care in England. It makes sure that health and social care services provide people with high-quality safe care and encourages care services to continually improve. The CQC report highlighted that everyone at Radfield Home Care including staff, clients, families and health care professionals spoke positively about the care they have experienced from Radfield and commented that the service was extremely responsive to client needs. Radfield Home Care Liverpool North was also highly praised for the great team of office and care staff.

Radfield Home Care Liverpool North provides the highest standards of care to older people living in Crosby, Bootle and surrounding communities. Dave Bellis was inspired to open the Radfield Home Care office after his experiences in sourcing care for his parents. His mission is to ensure that older people in his community are able to receive excellent care and service that they can rely upon.

Radfield Home Care prides itself on being a very responsive service that promotes independence and respects dignity and choice in care. It uses the latest technology solutions to feed information straight back to the office and to relatives, so any issues can be dealt with immediately.
