Sarah Embleton
Care Coordinator
Sarah has worked in social care for all of her career to date. Starting as a carer Sarah has gradually worked her way up to the role of Care Coorindator and recently completed training to become a trainer in most aspects of health and social care. Sarah takes responsibility for the quality compliance of the service and supporting the Registered Care Manager looking after all the care team and clients. Outside of work Sarah is a keen animal lover and is learning to horse ride!
