My Background & Journey to Radfield

I’ve always been fascinated by human psychology – how people think, make decisions, and what draws them to a specific service or brand. Before joining Radfield Home Care, I spent years honing my skills in digital marketing and content management across various service-led industries. Most recently, as an Ecommerce Executive, I focused on the the customer journey – essentially making sure that when someone visits a website, their experience is seamless, intuitive, and helpful.

My approach is backed by a BA in Business Management from the University of Chester, which gave me a solid strategic foundation. I’ve paired that academic background with hands-on roles in social media management and web development. This is where I learned a lot about the ins and outs of digital marketing and how to make sure that a product or service is easy to find.

Beyond my professional roles, I’ve also managed the social media and promotion for my metal band. It might seem like a different world, but it taught me a lot about real-time audience engagement and the importance of refining your approach based on what people actually respond to.

What has inspired you to want to be involved in the adult social care sector?

What drew me to this sector was the opportunity to do work that carries genuine weight. Social care supports families during some of their most sensitive and important moments, and there is a real sense of purpose in that.

From a marketing perspective, I find it incredibly rewarding to help people find clear, honest information when they need it most. Good communication in this field isn’t just about visibility; it’s about building trust and offering a sense of reassurance to people looking for support.

For many families, searching for care can feel daunting. My goal is to remove that stress by ensuring our digital information is clear, honest, and easy to find.

I see my role as a bridge-builder. By using my experience to keep Radfield’s online presence accessible and reassuring, I can help families feel informed and confident. If my work helps one person feel more at ease while making an important decision for a loved one, then I know I’ve done my job well.
