We’ve got some fantastic news to share.
Radfield Home Care has been named a finalist in two categories at the BFA HSBC UK British Franchise Awards 2026:
It’s a huge honour to be recognised in both categories. Together, they reflect two things that matter enormously to us: growing Radfield in the right way and supporting our franchise partners as they build and grow their businesses.
The British Franchise Association (BFA) HSBC UK British Franchise Awards celebrate businesses and individuals making a positive contribution to the UK franchising community.
For Radfield, becoming a finalist for Franchisor of the Year – Expanding recognises the growth of our network and our ambitions for the future. But for us, growth has never simply been about becoming bigger. It’s about growing a network of like-minded people who share our values and our passion for providing outstanding care in their local communities.
We’re incredibly proud of how our network has grown, but we’re even more proud of the people behind that growth. Our franchise partners bring their own experience, energy and ideas to Radfield, while being part of a wider network that supports and learns from one another.
That’s why being recognised in the Franchise Support category feels particularly special too. Because as our network grows, we want to make sure our support grows with it. We want every franchise partner to feel valued, listened to and supported, and to know that there is a team behind them as they build and grow their business.
For us, the two categories really do go hand in hand. Growing Radfield in the right way means making sure that the people who are helping us grow have the support they need to thrive.
We know that starting and growing a home care business is a big step. While our franchise partners are running their own businesses, they are part of something bigger too.
From the very beginning, we’ve believed that franchising should be about partnership. It’s about being there for our Franchise Partners, listening to them, sharing what we’ve learned and helping them navigate the different stages of their journey.
As Hannah Mackechnie, Co-Founder of Radfield Home Care, says:

For us, good franchise support isn’t just about systems, processes and business advice. It’s about relationships. It’s about knowing there is someone to pick up the phone to, celebrate the successes with and turn to when things feel challenging.
We’re incredibly proud to be recognised alongside businesses from across the UK franchising community, and we’re looking forward to celebrating with our fellow finalists in Telford on 12th November.
Whatever happens on the night, we’re already proud of what this recognition represents: the hard work of our team, the dedication of our franchise partners and the shared ambition behind the Radfield network.
As Radfield continues to grow, we’ll keep doing what matters most to us: bringing the right people into the network, supporting our franchise partners and building a home care franchise where people can grow successful businesses while making a genuine difference in their local communities.
