Radfield Home Care launches a campaign full of wisdom

Radfield Home Care has this month launched its latest national marketing campaign, centred around its high-quality services, unique employment opportunities and invaluable wisdom and advice the business is able share with over 35 years of providing care and support services to local communities.

The campaign named ‘Winter Wisdom‘ reflects the wisdom and experience not only from its co-founders, brother and sister Alex Green and Dr Hannah MacKechnie, but is also guided by its national network of franchise partners offering expertise as home care business owners with insightful and valuable advice as experts in previous care fields prior to joining the franchise network.

The inspiration sitting behind the campaign comes from a powerful poem called ‘Winter’ written by Edith Sitwell, an English poet from Yorkshire, who became known for her poetry during World War Two. The poem reflects the comfort, warmth and safety of a home, very relevant to the winter months approaching, living in a society with a pandemic affecting each and everyone of us in some way.

The campaign is based on monthly themes, kicking off with a topic focused on winter traditions, treats and good food we should continue to love and enjoy as we become older and with the difficult months ahead as a nation. The campaign contains podcasts from Radfield’s business owners, articles, thought leadership pieces, presentation slides and workshops, a social media campaign, along with digital brochures all made available to local communities.

The first theme will be supported by Samuel Holmes, owner and director of Radfield Home Care Bexhill, Hastings and Battle, who has devoted a significant part of his career supporting adults of all ages as a qualified social worker, prior to launching his home care business over 3 years ago.

Samuel explains:

“As a qualified social worker and with over 3 years managing a home care service working with clients with varying support and care needs, I truly believe that developing real relationships, meeting friends and maintaining a presence in the community is vital to living your best life. My words of advice and wisdom will be centred on the value of continuing to enjoy what we love most.”

Marketing Manager Trudie Meredith, adds:

“We are really excited to be launching the first of our national marketing campaigns and delighted that our franchise partners all have a significant part to play in the content of the campaign. The campaign will not only provide the marketing tools to reach out to health care professionals, local businesses, support groups and networking activities, but will also add further interest and angles to the service we offer and valuable advice on topical subjects. Our aspiration is to continue to raise the profile on how valuable a home care service is, continue to present a powerful silhouette of the care professional role and for each office and franchise partner to become the voice of authority for home care in its community.”
