If somebody asked me why I work for Radfield, I can honestly say it is probably one of the best jobs I have ever done. In fact, I do not even look at it as a job. I am a very caring person, so to me, it does not feel like work at all.
I love all the clients we visit, and I always aim to provide the best possible personal care approach to make a difference to their lives, make things better, and bring a smile to their faces.
As for the team, we work brilliantly together with great communication. We are always there to support each other, as well as supporting our clients and their families. It really is one of the best jobs I have ever had, and I feel very lucky that I also get to run the day centre for two days a week.
