When I first started at Radfield, I had very little experience of home care. I had only done it for a few months when the children were little.
When I joined, the training was absolutely superb, and there is always the opportunity to take on extra training in areas you are particularly interested in. We receive regular updates all the time, so there is never any worry that you are not doing the job correctly.
You always have the support and backup of the whole team. There is always someone who has done it before and is happy to guide you through it again, and everyone’s patience is absolutely brilliant.
